What does this mean? It says something about both men involved in the story:
Huck: It indicates that Huck politically approaches things like Bill Clinton. Part of that approach is governing to the left of how you run for election--and we should be very wary of that.
Dick: He is shameless. He has been pumping up Huckabee in his columns, but not revealing his current relationship with Huck.
A telling quote from the Politico article:
“Mystery is an integral part of power,” Morris has said. And in his memoir of his relationship with Clinton, he said Clinton once told him, “I like subterfuge. That’s why I like you.”I continually bring up the question: Do Republicans want to nominate someone with the same problems that led to the dramatic losses in 2006? If yes, then Huck is your man.
